A cottage between Rēzekne and Kārsava, on the shores of Lake Meirāns. On the 1st floor - a fireplace room, kitchen, sauna and amenities. A bedroom on the second floor. Boats and paddle boats. We lease boats, water cycles, skis, pole-walking poles, bikes and exercise equipment. Picnic place with a roof, and a boardwalk, which extends into the lake.

Country hotel Kārļa muiža is located in the countryside of the Amata river valley with beautiful landscapes and in the Gauja National park. Hotel offers 9 specially equipped suites with private atmosphere – with one or two bedrooms. Every room or apartment is equipped with a kitchen or kitchen niche, SAT TV and WiFi, hair dryer and shower. All the hotel rooms has a free tea and coffee set up in the room.

At the distance of 100 meters from the main building there is located a cottage “Annmarie”. It is fitted to keep the values of the past while providing conveniences of our time. It has a kitchen, two rooms WC and a bathroom. Cottage is suitable for a romantic holiday or for a family with children.

Saimnieki atjaunojuši vēsturisko Kārļamuižas ēku. Aktīvi sadarbojas ar Gaujas nacionālā parka darbiniekiem, labiekārto Amatas takas un organizē pārgājienus un nūjošanas pasākumus. Kārļamuiža ir viena no retajām vietām Latvijā, kur var dzirdēt circeņa dziesmu. Eiropā šis kukainis ir gandrīz izzudis.

The first written information about the estate dates back to the 3rd quarter of the 18th century.  It is known that in 1769, the estate had 14 buildings.  Charlotte Lieven received Mežotne as a gift from Russian Empress Catherine the Great in 1759.  The estate suffered much damage during World War I.  After the war it became an exemplary estate, but its roof and mansard burned down during World War II.  Restoration of the estate began in 2007.  Today Mazmežotne Estate is a beautiful place, surrounded by nature. It offers recreational facilities, including accommodations, dining, banquet facilities for events and seminars, as well as biking, boating and hiking for those who enjoy exercise.  The former stables and barn offer spacious halls for celebrations, weddings, seminars, concerts, exhibitions. One of the buildings houses a SPA complex with a range of relaxing procedures.  The open chimney house offers an exhibition of the history of sugar-beet cultivation and sugar production industry in Latvia. The old cheese house is now a sauna with a relaxation room, a hot water tub outdoors, and a terrace.

No. 252: a studio type cottage. Wood and glass. The 1st floor contains a living room, a kitchen area and a bathroom. Sleeping area on the 2nd floor. Country sauna in a separate building. Children playground, sports grounds, barbecue spots. Fishing in the river Bārta and in the lake Papes, in the sea.

A cottage not far from the sea. Unique building with antique chimney. On the first floor - big living room, well equiped kitchen and amenities (shower and WC). On the second floor - bedroom. Three other cottages are located near by - No. 132, 182, 413.
