The proximity of Cape Kolka, the air with its redolent scent of the sea and the pine trees, and a unique identity – these are the characteristics of Kolka, and the Ūši farm has fully absorbed them.  Guests have a separate apartment in a country house with a shower and WC.

This biological farm breeds livestock, including sheep, pigs, chickens and cows.  It tends to animals, milks cows, processes milk into cheese, butter, cream and cottage cheese, and offers accommodations.

While visiting the country house "Rogas" it is possible to get acquainted with the old recipes for threshing butter, tying cheese, making cottage cheese. It is a pleasant activity for both children and adults, because there are also tastings at the end.

It offers 4 rooms for longer stays, with a kitchenette and washing machine. There is also a sauna and a banquet hall for celebrations.

Raw milk cheeses from cow's milk without additives or spices - dill, garlic, caraway, fenugreek, the real "Midsummer Cheese".

Tālava cider factory is located in Gulbene, a place that until 1224 was part of the ancient Latgalian land in Tālava. The first batch of cider was started in 2012 by the owners of Talava cider. Cider is made exclusively from local raw materials - apples grown in Vidzeme. The cider is matured at low temperatures for several months to give it its characteristic flavor.

The cider factory is located at 22 Brivibas Street in Gulbene, but excursions and tastings with prior application take place in "Stāķi 13", Stāķi parish, Gulbene district.

Tālavas sidrs cider brewery is located in Gulbene – a place where the ancient Latgalian county of Tālava existed until 1224. The cider is made using only local ingredients - carefully harvested apples grown in Vidzeme. Excursion in the factory and tasting.

This farm produces herbal teas and satchels of tea from lemon balm, raspberries, tansy, lady's mantles, plantago and linden blossoms as souvenirs and gifts, as well as honey from local hives.  The lady of the house will be happy to tell you about life in the countryside and take you on an educational tour featuring medicinal plants, beekeeping and fence buildings.  She will also offer tastings of products from the farm.  It has a biological farming certificate, so much attention is focused on the popularisation of a healthy lifestyle.  Clients can purchase teas made of raspberries, blackberries, linden blossoms, meadowsweet, yarrow, birch leaves, white nettles, etc.

On the west coast of the Gulf of Riga, in the Lapmezciems municipality, there is a family-owned company "Reinis-B" specializing in the production of hot smoked fish products. Reinis-B specializes in the production of smoked fish products, using only natural alder wood during the smoking process. Offering both local and overseas fish, prepared after a variety of smoked recipes and traditions. You can buy Reinis-B products in several places in Latvia: Ragaciema Fish Market, various fairs and exhibitions. In cooperation with the market of Mara, depending on the date, products can be bought in Salaspils, Bauska, Dobele, Jelgava, Kauguri and Riga's "Rimi" squares. Reinis-B organizes tastings for tourists (not less than 10 people) on Thursdays, which allows you to witness the whole production process with your own eyes and taste all the products of the company. The excursion lasts for an hour. Due to the great interest of tourists, it is important to agree on a visit by prior call.

Restoring Renda's winemaking traditions, which were relevant during the time of Duke Jacob, when Renda's sour red wine was popular in Jelgava court, it is offered to taste wine and pumpkin seeds in Mārtiņš Wagner's Vineyard and winery in Renda, it is also possible to see the grape and pumpkin garden.

Tourists can learn about the history of the estate and the brewing of beer, beginning with raw materials and ending with finished products. The visit is enriched by tastings of live beer and stories about Latvia’s traditional holiday beverage. Alongside the brewery is a store which sells live beer, homemade goodies and selected souvenirs.

The “Valmiermuižas alus virtuve” saloon popularises Latvian beers and uses beer in various dishes. A modern approach to homemade products is used to prepare foods and beer-based snacks. There is a beer garden during the summer, and the saloon merges traditional things with modern ones.

Latvian cuisine: Smoked pork, filet of pike from Lake Burtnieks, green pea mash, with loganberries, quince, pumpkin birch juice and mushroom sauce as accompaniments.

Small manor brewery near Valmiera where live beer is slowly brewed. The granary of the manor house offers a Beer Boutique and Valmiermuiža Beer Kitchen, allowing guests to discover how to pair beers with various foods. Birch sap for Labanovski family is a popular drink already for a long time. Sap is tasty when it’s fresh, but in order to maintain its refreshing and valuable qualities,  during many years family has developed new recipes.  Moving away from the traditional spices, drink was supplemented with mint, which made the sap more refreshing, fresh for a long time and with a pleasant flavor.

The plant is located halfway between Rauna and Smiltene.Tasting of fresh birch sap, sparkling beverages and birch juice syrup. You can also try dandelion wine here. Birzī products are certified organic products.

This market sells produces from local farmers and home manufacturers who offer traditional and seasonal food which they grow and prepare themselves. You can purchase vegetables, fruit, fresh and smoked meat, cheese, bread, country tortes, homemade wine and various household and gardening objects.

The market is organised in Straupe, Horse Post. It operates under the brand name Earth Markets, created by a prestigious international association called Slow Food, offering good and clean produce that is grown in good faith, with a view to preserve land sustainability, maintain local skills and traditions. Straupe Horse Post kitchen operates during the farmers’ market, providing delicious meals in Latvian traditions made from local produce.

This is the first farm in Latvia which began to grow mushrooms. Informative tours are available, advice is given, and guests are treated with the “emperor mushroom” sauce or soup. You can also order other foods which involve shitake mushrooms or purchase them in dry or powdered form. The owner also produces an ancient herbal beverage called “Ponšo,” and it is only available at Garīkas.

The owners are third-generation fishers, and they will be happy to sell you some smoked local fish. Tour groups can take part in active leisure related to cultural aspects of smoking tasty fish (tossing a boot into the sea, stories from fishermen’s wives, a theatrical performance, and the smoking and tasting of fish).

This small log cabin is in a quiet place by the forest at Dūmele in the Dundaga Administrative District.  It is on the edge of the Slītere National Park and 7 km from the sea.  The cabin offers four rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a sauna.  Sauna services, SPA procedures, classical massage, a special Dūmele plant massage, and other services are available.  You can go fishing and then smoke your catch.  We lease out boats and bikes.  You will be able to pick berries and mushrooms in peace and quiet, thus relaxing both in mental and in physical terms.

Produces honey and honey products and grows vegetables. Tastings are offered to its guests. Products can be purchased.

Holiday House "In Pitrags by Andris" is near Kolka and Mazirbe, in the small fishermen village Pitrags. Holiday house are with kitchen, bathroom, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed on the first floor and 2 single beds on the upper floor. Both holiday lodge and camping area situated in a quiet forest, undisturbed atmosphere from the rest of the neighborhood, only about 800 m from the sea coast. Camping area can accommodate about 50 tents and 3 trailers. There is also a chance to see the variety of ways the ancient fence in one place, as well as a walk along the 1 km long forest path. 
Owners are also doing smoked fishes according the old fishermen traditions, offer the fish tasting for individuals and groups.

The "Jumis" café is on the side of the Rīga-Liepāja highway (A9). The interior is finished in wood.

Jõeniidu is a small, lovely family farm offering accommodation and meals from vegetables grown on its farm and goat's milk.

Kalakuningad offers smoked fish directly from the oven, fresh fish during the season, as well as marinated fish in various sauces. Products can be purchased in Pärnu market in the store Kalakuningad, as well as directly in the place of preparation, the Lindi village Pärnumaa.

The hard-working family of the owner makes smoked ham and bakes bread. The meat is smoked according to local recipes in a self-made smokery, which gives the meat a special smoky taste, while the bread is baked from high-quality whole-grain rye flour. You can purchase bread and ham on Fridays.

The farm "Veckūkuri" in Jērcēni parish of Strenči district is included in the top of the most productive herds in Latvia. "Veckūri" is a milk processor that produces non-traditional dairy products from the milk obtained on its farm. The farm is also ranked among the companies that have been awarded the State Export Council awards “Latvian Export Product 2015”.
