Wild mushroom soup, cream of nettle and sorrel soup, filet of plaice in a mushroom sauce with celery mash, cheese fried in a bread crumb and hemp crust with strawberry sauce, pork filet served on pumpernickel bread, locally caught pike-perch with green pea mash, roasted beet salad with goat’s cheese and chestnuts, strawberry soup, homemade ice cream.
